50% of the first month’s rent Vat   £75 VAT for drawing up of the tenancy agreement.

FULL MANAGEMENT:        
Initial £200 VAT Fee, Thereafter 10% of the monthly rent VAT

MAINTENANCE CHARGES:  
Call out charge: £40.00   
Skilled Work: £25.00p/hour
